We understand that sometimes returns are necessary! If you need to make a return, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order to start the return process. Returns are accepted on unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. If the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. We do not refund for the return shipping paid by you (unless the item is defective). We highly recommend that you get a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
All sale items (or items with a .99 at the end) are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not offer exchanges. If you are wanting to exchange an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return.
