Sometimes that awesome piece you bought online doesn’t work out the way you were hoping-- we get that! Returns are accepted on any unused, unworn merchandise (besides trying it on) and with no odors or stains (like makeup, deodorant marks, etc.). You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery (per USPS tracking) to start the return process. If the item(s) is deemed to be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free upon receipt, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We do not refund for the return shipping paid by you (unless the item is defective). We highly recommend that you get a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
All sale items (or items with a .99 at the end) are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not offer exchanges. If you are wanting to exchange an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return.
